After a breakup, who should move into the other room?

Me and my ex-fiance have officially broken up. I am not financially ready to move out and he's been in the family room for the past month. It is his house and I'm wondering if I should be the one to move out of the master and move into the room with my daughter or continue to let him stay in the family room on the couch. He's a jerk, and I'm fed up and decided he could stay in there until i left, but now I'm a little compassionate. My daughter (his ex-stepdaughter) has bunk beds in her room and a in-room bathroom. I could move in there with her and the daughter we have together. Or I could just stay in the master and let him stay in the family room. If he does try to come back to the master, I will move in with her because I don't want to sleep in the same bed as him. Should I move to the other room now, or stay?

So i'm a vegaterian (i dont eat meat because the thought of eating an animal makes me sick) but i have a lot of food i cant eat because i have an issue with the textures of food. I cant eat food likes beans, bananas, mashpotatoes, peas, ect because they are squishy (soups also because they make the vegatables and everything soft and mushy) and it makes me gag. What did someone shoot or throw at my car?

This happened about an hour ago. I was driving down a residential street on my way home from work then BOOM...right on my drivers side door, scared the crap out of me. So I pull over and look around and of course it's dark. I think I am pregnant. I really am not sure. I have some of the symptoms, like headaches, nauseation, dizziness, I'm very tired a lot. I've been watching stars on tv and seeing their outfits and wanting to make outfits just like their's. i really like outfits from stars like selena gomez, bridget mendler, and victoria justice. My everyday outift would usually be like a shirt, converse, and a pair of jeans but that's nothing compared to their outfits. my mom made it officially clear that she has no problem with me wearing makeup (as long as it looks natural), heels or heeled boots (boots for fall and heels for summer), and shorts and short skirts and dresses(as long as I have something underneath). Now back to my question..... I'm going back home to germany this summer and will be staying with people I know. I really want this year to be better and now that I'm officially a teenager and back home I want a new me. not the boring dull me I was before. My question basically is what are a few things I could do to make my outfits more interesting. Please dont say anything as in go to stores right away, i cant because of personal reasons. ideas how to make new clothes out of old ones would be great! also, I need help with hair! Help with possible inmate scam?

A friend of mine has been a pen pal of someone who is incarcerated. She met this person through her son who was incarcerated with this individual. (We will call him 'Ben'.) Now according to 'Ben', he owns three limousine companies outside of prison and is very wealthy. He has a handful of people who "work on the outside" for his business and has promised to send money to my friend if she does favors for him. (I.e. Letting him keep contacting her via letters, collect calls, sending packages to friends, flowers to women...etc) These favors were supposed to have been 100% reimbursed plus, a paycheck for doing the actual favor itself. Unfortunately ( and not shockingly) 'Ben' has not followed through with any of these. The only thing he has succeeded in doing is having a puppy sent to my friends daughter. No money has ever been reimbursed, the promised truck has still not been delivered (which she put $350 on his books for) and he has not followed through. Strangely enough, somehow (because she did not share any financial information with him) $150 was overdrawn from her bank account this morning and put onto a prison calling card. After calling SECURUS this morning she learned that this transaction was done from an unfamiliar email address and from the internet but she doesn't even own a computer or know how to use one for that matter! We dont know that it is him yet because we cant find any information on this email, but everything is leading to 'Ben.' What can we do? Is this a typical prison scam? Or is it extortion? She needs to do something and have this guy legally handled. please help!

New tongue piercing, Questions?!?

So I got my tongue pierced 4 days ago and I just have a couple of questions. one my tongue towards the back of my mouth is kind of white along the sides and red down the middle. Well anyways they put me on medroxyprogesterone to have periods. Well I was supposed to take it for 15 days in may but I only took 3 or 4 like every other day cause I am horrible at taking medication well anyways on the 21st I had a period on my own I think thats what the nurse told me anyways. The period lasted 7 whole days and was extremely heavy I think because of the fact I hadn't had a period for like 4 or 5 months. Anyways I have no idea how long my cycle is so I just went by the 28 day cycle. I had sex a few different times between the 1st and the 5th of june. So Here Is My Question? I figured since I started on my own then maybe I ovulated but I was wondering is there anyway to be for sure if your ovulating. I dont get that slimy stretchy discharge that everyone talks about? And when I did the ovulation test it kept saying positive several days in a row so I didnt know what to believe. How should I proceed with my landlord situation?

My landlord asked if we would mow the lawn, and when we asked if we could get a rent break for doing it, she freaked out, stating that she was going to raise the rent or kick our third roommate out. Only myself and my husband are officially on the lease, but we know from Burlington, Vermont law (where we live) that our roommate is a legal tenant anyways, so she can't just kick her out. We also know from Burlington law that she needs to give us 90 days written notice in order to raise our rent. The problem is is that she is unreasonable, and if we don't give in to her demand to start paying an extra $100 by August first (which she has asked for by text message, not in written notice, and gave us less than 60 days notice for) and instead request formal written notice, I am 100% positive that when she does give us written notice, it will be to raise the rent by at least $300, if not more. We signed an 18 month lease with her, which doesn't end until April, and had heard from our local tenant's association that we can't be held to a lease of more than 12 months unless it's been registered with the clerk's office, which it hasn't been. Unfortunately, the tenant's association hasn't been able to find this statute, and when I spoke to a local lawyer, he didn't know anything about it either. He suggested that we just give her notice anyways, break the lease, and let her take us to court. If we can't leave legally until April, what should we do? If we try to fight back and insist on notice, we could be stuck dealing with substantially higher rent and her wrath for almost 10 more months. Advice?

hello, a friend of mine owns a limousine & its registered under personal use, what happens if he offers limo service and doesn't have the correct license to drive it? sorry maybe im not being clear, i guess you need a special license or something to drive a car which has the same purpose as a taxi rite except that this is a limo. if he gets pulled over for some odd reason and they see that hes driving people around what would happen?

What can I apply to my wound?

I have skin peeling behind one of my ears and I know it isn't eczema or proriasis or any skin infection and I think it's because of excessive moisture behind my ear from bathing or sweating. Can you suggest anything that I can apply to speed up the recovery process? And I don't want to visit the doctor cos I'm still a kid and I'm quite sure it looks quite scary behind my ear cos the skin's been peeled off and it's red and raw and slimy so I don't want my parents to see or know. How should I proceed with my landlord situation?

My landlord asked if we would mow the lawn, and when we asked if we could get a rent break for doing it, she freaked out, stating that she was going to raise the rent or kick our third roommate out. Only myself and my husband are officially on the lease, but we know from Burlington, Vermont law (where we live) that our roommate is a legal tenant anyways, so she can't just kick her out. We also know from Burlington law that she needs to give us 90 days written notice in order to raise our rent. The problem is is that she is unreasonable, and if we don't give in to her demand to start paying an extra $100 by August first (which she has asked for by text message, not in written notice, and gave us less than 60 days notice for) and instead request formal written notice, I am 100% positive that when she does give us written notice, it will be to raise the rent by at least $300, if not more. We signed an 18 month lease with her, which doesn't end until April, and had heard from our local tenant's association that we can't be held to a lease of more than 12 months unless it's been registered with the clerk's office, which it hasn't been. Unfortunately, the tenant's association hasn't been able to find this statute, and when I spoke to a local lawyer, he didn't know anything about it either. He suggested that we just give her notice anyways, break the lease, and let her take us to court. If we can't leave legally until April, what should we do? If we try to fight back and insist on notice, we could be stuck dealing with substantially higher rent and her wrath for almost 10 more months. Advice?

Algae and Guppy Frys?

I have my guppy frys in a different tank, and they are doing fine. However, i can't really afford buying a heater so i use a cap from my other tank and use it as a heater, because the lightbulb gives it heat. The water right now is at the perfect temperature for guppy frys to grow in however, when i feel the side of the tank i feel algae. The clear algae but its slimy. I don't know whether i should give it a water change, or leave it alone. Isn't giving it a change in temperature bad? Is it okay to leave it alone? Or will the algae harm my guppy fry's health?

I rented a limousine for my daughter's Sweet 16 and I purchased the party pack. It included Red carpet treatment, balloons, and cold drinks. When the driver arrived, none of that was included. I called the company and they said he did not read the notes and just said they did not charge me, so it didn't matter. As we drove off, there were only about five drinks, for about 17 people, and they were hot. I called the service again and they just stated that there should be some. I asked the driver to make a stop at Walgreens, so that we could purchase ice and beverages. While we were there, due to the conversations on the phone, he said he could not go any further without my CC imprint. The charges were made to the Credit Card the day before. I called the company back and canceled the trip. They said they would leave us at that spot. So reluctantly, I agreed to $120 in charges, just to get us back to the pick up point. I paid his cash for the $120 and just had other friends and family pick us up from there. I was refunded the cost of the limo but felt that my daughter's birthday was ruined. The company I used was On Demand Transportation/Limousines Etc.
