How does the President's limousine get to other countries/states when he does?

The President travels everywhere on Air Force One, primarily. So how do they arrange for his limo to be there when he arrives? Is it someone's job to drive it to Los Angeles when he's flying there? Does it fit on AF1 somehow? What about when it is in other countries? (i.e., it's in Ireland right now - how did it get there?)
