My boyfriend dumped me HELLP?

so my boyfriend dumped me and he said he just wasnt feeling the relationship he said he was feeling this way for 3 months. and I dont really see the issue. He was pretty much ok during the 3 months where he "thought about it" and so he dragged me on for another 3 more months before confronting me again and just officially breaking off with me. Is there any hope to change his mind? Or do you think I just need to move on? Any advice is very helpful.
