HELP?! My Olde English Bulldog cant open her eye!!!?

So I come into my house today and my family tells me my bulldog has pink eye. When i try to open her eye to clean or put eye drops all that I can see is like the skinon her yee lid cuz she resists so much and there looks like theres a bunch . Her eyes always get lie eye boogers in them which are like slimy stuff and thats now started up a bit more. Her eye is constant shaking because I think she is trying to open it but it hurts. What do I do?! anyone have this expierence?!??! PLEASE HELP!!
