Gordon Brown "favorite" to be President of the IMF?

People seem to forget is that Brown has become an expert at giving away peoples money. At least the taxpayer can complain how he has got our country into debt but what happens when he is in charge of the IMF and there are no voters or opposition to his wild schemes?
