Why does my vagina Smell so bad?

ok so im 13 & i have a Slimy Grayish/Clear/yellowish discharge that can be a small amount or as big as a teaspoon. When i take a show the smell is gone,after a while it comes back. It doesn't stain my underwear it just makes it smell bad. also it doesn't itch or burn,it just smells bad.
