Why is slimy clear mucus coming out my anus?

I was on the toilet earlier today, and i wiped, and instead of waste coming out, something slimy, clear, no smell mucus came out my anus. I was kinda scared, it was like gelatin, didnt move that much, and it didnt smell. I think I do have a cold, I have been sneezing a lot, stuffy nose, hurting neck and more cold like symptons (except for coughing) What is wrong with me, will I die or something? Im scared, thank you in advance
