Am I starting to lose my mucus plus?

I'm 34 weeks and 5 days and when i woke up and went to the bathroom this morning i noticed a slimy light greenish-yellowish discharge. Could i be losing my mucus plug? I know it's not any type of infection because at my last doctors appointment they tested for any infections and they came out negative. PLEASE COMMENT ASAP!!
